Refund & Cancellation Policy, Next Level 360 Inc.

1. Services Covered

We provide marketing services including paid media management, creative production, conversion optimization, reporting, web development, and email automation. All engagements are governed by a written proposal or service agreement signed by both parties.

2. Cancellations

• Monthly retainers: You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice to info@nextlevel360.ca. The current billing cycle will be completed and no further invoices will be issued.
• Project work (e.g. websites): You may cancel before work begins for a full refund. Once production starts, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed.
• One-time audits or strategy sessions: Cancellable for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

3. Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the charge.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Third-party costs already spent on your behalf (ad spend, software licences, stock assets, contractor fees) are non-refundable.
• For our Website Design service, the 30-day delivery guarantee terms in the signed proposal apply.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Disputed charges that bypass this process may be contested with supporting documentation.
